Last week, Whole Foods Market opened the doors to its newest location in the UK at 120 King’s Road Chelsea. Over 500 customers waited in the queue to be the first to experience the product displays. At over 21,000 sq feet, the new supermarket offers a wide selection of fresh produce, a butchery & fishmonger, an abundance of Food for Now (including a chef’s counter, in house pizzeria, and salad & hot food bars), a full speciality counter, and local and exclusive brands in the grocery and whole body selection.
“The new store features new and exclusive products, only available at Whole Foods Market King’s Road, and many local brands from London and across England as well as customer favourites including the salad bar and the pizzeria,” the company said in an official statement. “We’re just as proud of what we don’t sell as what we do: we ban 300+ colours, flavours, preservatives and other ingredients from all the food we sell.”
