Foreign market expansion is increasingly in the sights of Italy’s olive oil firm Pietro Coricelli. To drive this growth, the company has bolstered its International Development division by appointing Dusan Kaljevic (pictured) as General Manager.

Kaljevic, 41, brings over two decades of experience in consumer goods and holds a business administration degree and an executive MBA from the London Business School. With a longstanding passion for olive oil, he has spent over 15 years in the sector, including overseeing distribution for the Salov Group across 20 countries in the CEE region. Multilingual and well-traveled, he has lived in former Yugoslavia, Italy, Russia, and the United States.

At Coricelli, Kaljevic will lead efforts to deepen the brand’s international footprint, advancing into new markets. His remit includes strengthening the firm’s brand presence abroad and unlocking fresh avenues for growth.

Dusan’s role in leading the International Development team is strategically critical,” says Chiara Coricelli, President and CEO of Coricelli Group. “Our goal is to build our brands globally. His extensive sector knowledge, international experience, and personal qualities will be key assets in pursuing our growth path. His expertise brings invaluable support to the entire team.”

Kaljevic echoes the group’s ambitions: “We are on a path of strong international development, aiming to infuse new entrepreneurial and managerial energy into a company with ambitious goals. There is much to accomplish, and my task will be to drive our team to achieve remarkable results, all while fostering a learning-oriented, dynamic work culture.”
