The leading Italian dairy company Granarolo has decided to tackle the snacking trend, both in Italy and on export markets. At the Summer Fancy Food Show 2024, Granarolo won the Italian Food Award USA in the Snacks category with its Cheese Crisps Pesto 60g. On the sidelines of the exhibition, we talked about it with the group’s product manager, Martina Tonelli.
