The 2021 Italian Food Awards Winners unveiled at Anuga

The Italian food innovation was the protagonist at Anuga 2021, the world’s largest trade show dedicated to the food sector. Here, for the seventh consecutive year, Italianfood.net, the international project of the Food Publishing Group, organized the Italian Food Awards, the prize dedicated to the most innovative Italian food products. 

More than 90 products were selected by a qualified jury of international buyers, who decreed 12 winners: 9 in their respective categories (Bakery & Snacks, Condiments, Frozen, Pasta, Salumi, Dairy, Sweets & Confectionery, Cooking Mixes, Preserves & Sauces) and 3 in the Special Awards category (Innovation, Sustainability, and Packaging).

Below are the results of the awarding ceremony attended as guests by retailers, importers, and distributors of the German market and representatives of institutions, such as Metro Germany, Genuport, ImportHaus, Au Gourmand, Koelmesse Italy, Italian Trade Agency, ICE Berlin and Universal Marketing.
