Without forgetting typical and regional products chosen and promoted by Slow Food association, healthy food products and hundreds of new products to be launched on the market in the next few months.

VISITING ITALY’S FOOD VALLEY

One of the reasons for Cibus Connect’s success is the presence of an area of over 50 cooking stations installed in both halls. Famous chefs will cook the exhibitors’ products to offer the buyers’ the best possible tastings. Along with Verona’s wine show Vinitaly, the show is to bring to Parma – thanks to the collaboration with Italian Trade Agency-ICE Agenzia – hundreds of international top buyers. They will have the opportunity to visit the production sites of many Made in Italy food products in the Parma area’s Food Valley.
