At SIAL 2018, Italian pasta company Pastificio Fabianelli won the Italian Food Award 2018 in the pasta category for its ‘Pasta Toscana Organic’. In this interview with Italianfood.net, CEO Luca Fabianelli says: “We are presenting the latest innovative products that we have launched in market. It is the Pasta Toscana project, based on a kind of pasta that is made with 100% Tuscan wheat. Moreover, this kind of pasta is characterized by a complete traceability, thanks to a QR code allowing consumers to have all information about the area of Tuscany from which the wheat comes from”.
