Italian confectionery brand Cleca won the Italian Food Awards USA 2018 in the Sweets & Confectionery category thanks to its Organic Panna Cotta. At the Summer Fancy Food Show 2018, Italianfood.net interviewed Sara Araldi from the company to know more about Cleca’s product range: Organic and free from are now the most important food trends worldwide. So, we wanted to present our classical sweets line adding the organic, vegan, gluten free, and free-from ones as well. The products we are introducing to the United States market are therefore suitable for everyone.
