Rodolfi Mansueto, the historical Italian preserves company based near Parma, presents a new products range at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2018. We are always looking for something new – says Giovanni Ghezzi from the company in this interview with Italianfood.net – and this year we are participating in this trade show with some new products, mostly made for the private label market. We have green and red pesto in tubes, which is rather unusual. Compared to the classic glass jar, they make product life longer, up to 25/30 days after opening them.
