This year the Italian leading balsamic vinegar company Ponti won the Italian Food Awards USA in the Vinegars & Dressings category, thanks to its Ginger Glaze with Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI. Spiced glazes are among the company’s most innovative products, says CEO Giacomo Ponti in this interview with Italianfood.net at the Summer fancy Food Show 2018: We are market leader in Italy in every category of vinegar, and we are now proposing our specialties to the American market. We offer wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, organic products and the new glaze line with added spices such as ginger, turmeric and hot chili pepper. The unique taste and flavors are the result of mixing tradition with exotic spices.
