Pastificio Dei Campi is a young Italian company, which won the Italian Food Awards USA 2018 in the pasta category thanks to its Spaghetti Maxi di Gragnano. At the Summer Fancy Food Show 2018, Italianfood.net interviewed Dyana Makhotlova from the company who explained how Pastificio Dei Campi created the best pasta ever.
