Nicola Milano founded Acetificio Andrea Milano in 1889 with a clear vision of product quality that is still preserved today. His son Andrea, who gave the name to the firm, continued his father’s work based on what he learned from him. Even then, vinegar was an art and the amazing result of the harmonious blending of wine qualities, artisanal dedication, and state-of-the-art technology. The company now owns three facilities, two in Naples and one in Modena, and sells its products in more than 45 countries worldwide.

A full range of vinegar products

Fabio Milano – manager of the firm- is proud of the company’s dedication to customer service and product range. Wine Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Apple cider vinegar and many other dressings make up our products range that we present in several packages in order to satisfy the needs of all kinds of customers and palates, including the most refined ones. Our company is fully involved in addressing customer problems and ensuring client satisfaction.

Organic

The organic vinegar market is growing year after year. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar drives the sector’s growth thanks to its healthy properties. Our company is producing this raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized product and now it is one of our most selling items, Milano added. We continue to try to innovate. We are currently developing a new vinegar dressing line called Appleasure and made of raw apple vinegar dressing and healthy spices. Appleasure can be used as a dressing, to prepare excellent herbal teas, as an ingredient for a ‘Shrub drink’ or can be drunk neat.
