Valbona, one of the leading Italian preserved vegetables companies, is investing on innovation. At Anuga 2017 exhibition, Valbona presents a new pickles products line called Colors of Nature. In this interview with Italianfood.net, Sales Director Marco Pilenga explains the relationship between the vegetables of different colors – white, red, orange, green, and purple – and a healthy effect on the human body. It’s also a new way of presenting and considering vegetables: eating healthy food will make you feel better. The ‘Colors of Nature’ range is a sort of gastronomic chromatic therapy.
