Oleificio Zucchi: the route to ANUGA

Oleificio Zucchi, an Italian company specialized in the production of olive oil and seed oil, will attend the 34th edition of ANUGA Koelnmesse (at Hall 11.1, booth D038) to tell its oil culture which lies between innovation and family passion. ANUGA is one of the most important international fairs for the agri-food industry, and it is scheduled from 7 to 11 October in Cologne.

Booth and products

A special “oil bar” and a cooking show will enable visitors to taste Zucchi’s oils, in guided tastings or directly on cooked courses. Moreover, the company will present the first 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil from a certified and sustainable supply chain. That’s to say, an oil made following a clear production in every step, from olives picking to pressing, to the table, combining flavor and health with respect for the environment. Visitors will also have the possibility to experiment live this route from field to table through the interactive reading of oil labels. Oleificio Zucchi will also present many other products from its Gamma Oliva range. From classical European blends like Sinfonia and Dolce Fruttato to extra virgin flavored oils, to top of the line extra virgin PDO and PGI oils. To these are added the semi-classical line, the new 100% Italian seed oil line, and the special organic seed oils (sesame seed, pumpkin seed, avocado seed and grape seed oil).

Exports

Oleificio Zucchi is confirmed not only as an important player on the world market, but also as a company dedicated to defending the quality and sustainability of the Italian olive supply chain. ANUGA, one of the most important international food exhibitions, is a privileged observatory for us to find new markets, new partners and to confront our customers with the latest trends in the food industry says Alessia Zucchi, Ceo of Oleificio Zucchi. Export sales, on the other hand, are an important driver of our growth, as well as letting customers know about our all-Italian know-how: the art of making oil with excellent raw materials.
