PROVISION OF THE BEST OLIVES – The company leverages the CO.FI.OL. (Olive Oil Consortium established in 2011) for the supply of olives where the consortium actively promotes the expansion of organic olive farming, the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) products and the recently established PGI Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. The goal is to develop the Sicilian Olive Oil industry by increasing awareness and recognition of Sicilian olive oil and leveraging synergies by working together with the stakeholders involved.
