Sicilian extra virgin olive (EVO) oil producer Bonolio is looking to expand its 100% organic and Sicilian DOP EVO oil in the United States thanks to full traceability and certified quality, said Salvatore Russo-Tiesi, director of Bonolio US.

In an interview with ItalianFood.net at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, the manager explained how the company plans to expand in the private label and retail markets.
