As exports continued to grow in 2016, although at a slower pace than in the particularly strong 2015, the US director of the Italian Trade Agency, Maurizio Forte, explains in an interview during the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco how the agency plans to keep supporting authentic Italian food against counterfeiting and competition.
