1- Whole Foods Market, Usa. With 431 retail outlets and a turnover of around nine billion dollars, it is leading retailer in the world of organic food. Always at the forefront of innovation, it has recently entered a partnership with Google and Instacart to develop an e-commerce channel.

8- EkoPlaza, Netherlands. Its 70 shops offer a wide selection of organic and gluten-free products, with a few shelves of loose produce. Its average prices are lower than the competition.
