The Italian winery Viticoltori Friulani Vini La Delizia reaches a new record in 2014: the balance sheet recorded an increase of 34,26%, exceeding the threshold of 34,45 million euro turnover.

The positive results are also reflected in the foreign market which now holds 55.5% of the total turnover, representing about 18 million euro (20,38 million $). Compared to 2013 the increase was 31,10% and the efforts have been focused mainly in markets such as Germany, Russia, the US and China.

The winery Viticoltori Friulani La Delizia currently represents the best wine-producing facility in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, joining over 500 wine growers with the 1.875 hectares of vineyards that spread over the Friulian plains, from Casarsa to Aquileia, within the areas well-known for their ‘Friuli Grave’ and ‘Prosecco’ doc, areas that are rich in history and that have a strong wine-growing tradition.

Vini La Delizia helps distribute the ‘Made in Friuli’ concept around the world, thanks to an assortment which includes a wide range of still and sparkling wines of igt and doc designations. Big retail chains comprise 65% of sales, and channel wholesalers, 35%.
