The closing of the deal is scheduled for 30 January 2015. The business area includes the brand sold Limoncetta Sorrento, natural liqueur made from Sorrento lemons, and 100% of the share capital of the company Alimenta Srl, which owns the plant for the production of concentrate. The effect of the sales is forecast to be below 1% of Gruppo Campari’s sales on a full year basis. The brand Limoncetta was joined Campari Group as part of the acquisition of the Group Averna. Indeed in April this year, Campari acquired Italian bitters producer Fratelli Averna for 103 million euros.
